Design Notes
No special considerations. Note that due to a minor miscalculation, this construct lacks a NotI site in the suffix, but the suffix is otherwise intact; thus it does not fully conform to the standard RFC10, though it can be used in assembly in the usual way. We apologize for this situation and plan to submit a revised version with the missing NotI site, or, alternatively, propose a new standard similar to RFC10 but which does not include the NotI sites in the prefix and suffix.
